A side of veggies and one meat (pulled pork) for $8 from Golden Gate Meat Company at the Ferry Plaza is one of the better deals to be had there. You get a lot of each and if for $2 more you can get an additional side dish. The pork was actually pretty good by the way but they have other meats to choose from like brisket, sausage (on a stick), meatloaf and beef roast.
